Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Lunarcrests, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. Please review our cancellation and refund conditions carefully to ensure your rights and obligations are clear.

General Information

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the preliminary information and distance sales terms provided. Our services and products are subject to the applicable laws on consumer protection and distance sales. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer within the legally allowed period. If delivery cannot be completed within this period, the customer has the right to cancel the order.

All products must be delivered in full, in proper condition, and with all relevant documents, such as user manuals or warranty certificates.

Order Payment & Unauthorized Transactions

  • If payment is not completed, our obligation to deliver the product ends.

  • In cases of unauthorized credit card use, the product must be returned at the seller’s expense within three days.

Delays and Force Majeure

If unforeseen circumstances prevent timely delivery, the buyer will be notified. Customers may request:

  • Cancellation of the order

  • Replacement with a similar product

  • Delayed delivery until the issue is resolved

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 14 days, depending on the payment method.

Buyer’s Responsibilities

  • Inspect the products upon delivery for any visible damage or defects.

  • Protect products carefully after receipt.

  • Items must remain unused if the right of withdrawal is exercised.

  • Include the invoice with any returned products.

Right of Withdrawal

For services, the 14-day withdrawal period begins from the signing of the service agreement. Withdrawal cannot be exercised if the service has already started with the customer’s approval.

Return Process

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, complete, and undamaged.

  • The total purchase price will be refunded within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, and returned items must be sent back within 20 days.

  • If the value of the product decreases due to improper use by the buyer, compensation for the loss will be required.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Certain products cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, or personalization reasons:

  • Cosmetics and personal care items once opened

  • Underwear, swimwear, bikinis

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Digital content, software, books, CDs, DVDs, and other reproducible items once opened

Payments & Delivery

  • Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, EFT, or credit card.

  • Online credit card payments allow single or installment options. Payment is processed at the completion of your order.
