Distance Sales Agreement – Lunarcrests

This Distance Sales Agreement governs the rights and responsibilities of both parties when purchasing products or services through the Lunarcrests website. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Parties

Buyer: The individual or entity placing the order.
 Seller: Lunarcrests, responsible for providing the products or services ordered.

By confirming an order, the Buyer acknowledges their obligation to pay the price, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

2. Definitions

  • Goods/Products: Physical or digital items purchased through Lunarcrests.

  • Services: Any non-physical offerings, such as online consultations or appointments.

  • Site: The official Lunarcrests website.

  • Order: A request for products or services made through the website.

All terms align with consumer protection regulations and the Distance Sales Law.

3. Subject

This agreement regulates the sale and delivery of products and services, including prices, shipping, and quality standards. Prices displayed on the website are valid until updated and include all applicable taxes.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal and delivery information.

  • Inspect products upon receipt for any visible damage. Damaged goods must not be accepted from the courier.

  • Protect products carefully after delivery. Items must remain unused if the right of withdrawal is exercised.

6. Order & Payment

  • Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other online payment methods.

  • Orders will not be processed if payment is incomplete or canceled.

  • In cases of unauthorized credit card use, the product must be returned at the Seller’s expense.

7. Delivery & Shipping

  • Products are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer.

  • Delivery times depend on location but will not exceed 30 days.

  • If the product cannot be delivered within this period, the Buyer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

8. Right of Withdrawal

  • Buyers may cancel product orders within 14 days from delivery, without providing a reason.

  • For services, the 14-day period begins from the date of signing the service agreement. Withdrawal cannot be exercised once the service has started with the Buyer’s approval.

  • Returned items must be complete, undamaged, in original packaging, and include the invoice.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice; returned products must be shipped within 20 days.

9. Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Personal or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, swimwear) once opened.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Digital goods, software, and downloadable content once accessed.

  • Books, CDs, DVDs, and other reproducible items once opened.

10. Legal Responsibility

  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate personal and payment information.

  • Misuse of the site, credit cards, or violation of laws will result in full legal and financial liability.

11. Competent Court

Disputes arising from this contract are subject to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts according to the monetary limits of Turkish law.

12. Acceptance

By making a payment for an order on the Lunarcrests site, the Buyer confirms acceptance of all terms in this agreement.
